1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or booking a session through KlikGym you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. The Service

KlikGym is an online platform that connects clients with fitness trainers and gyms. Bookings, schedules and payments are processed through the platform. KlikGym is not a party to the training itself — sessions are delivered by independent trainers.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

4. Bookings and Payments

Prices are shown before you confirm a booking. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Credits added to your account can be used to pay for sessions in line with the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform: no fraudulent bookings, harassment, scraping, or attempts to bypass the platform for payments arranged through it.

6. Liability

Training involves physical activity — consult a doctor if unsure about your fitness. To the extent permitted by law, KlikGym is not liable for injuries during sessions or for the conduct of trainers and clients.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
