Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancelling a Booking
You can cancel a booked session from your dashboard. Whether the payment is refunded depends on how far in advance you cancel — the exact cancellation window is shown during booking.
2. Refunds
- Cancellations within the allowed window are refunded in full as account credits, usable for future bookings.
- Cancellations outside the window or no-shows are not refunded.
- If a trainer cancels the session, you receive a full refund as credits automatically.
3. Refunds to Card
Where required by law, or if you no longer wish to use the platform, unused credits originating from card payments can be refunded to the original payment method — contact us to request it. Refunds are processed through Stripe to the same card used for payment.
4. Disputes
If a session did not take place as booked, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate and refund where justified.
